Job summary

Amazon Development Center (Netherlands) B.V. is hiring a ML Data Associate to perform foundational labeling tasks across speech, text, audio, and video data.

You will work with a diverse team to improve generative AI outputs while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to Amazon policies. The role requires CEFR C1+ level Dutch, C1+ English, strong business writing, and demonstrated analytical and research skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or related work experience.
• CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in Dutch.
• Written and spoken English at CEFR C1+ level.
• Strong business writing including reports, proposals, and correspondence.
• Advanced reading comprehension for complex documents.
• Analytical thinking and structured problem solving.
• Ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across projects.
• Proficient research and information synthesis from multiple sources.
• Proven attention to detail with complex tasks/documents.

Responsibilities

• Undertake foundational labeling functions for ML data (dialogue evaluation on speech, text, audio, video).
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all Amazon policies on data security.
• Collaborate within a diverse team to improve generative AI outputs and customer impact.
