Job summary

Jobs Namibia is seeking a Millwright / Maintenance Technician to maintain and optimize our machinery and installations in the Netherlands. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns to minimize downtime.

The role requires a minimum of two years’ experience, a National Red Seal Trade Diploma or equivalent, and strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills. Fluency in Afrikaans and English is expected, with a willingness to learn Dutch, and shift work

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience as a Maintenance Technician in a production or processing environment.
• National Red Seal Trade Diploma or equivalent certification.
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance expertise.
• Excellent communication and teamwork ability.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team.
• Fluency in Afrikaans and English; willingness to learn Dutch.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and installations.
• Troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Mechanical and electrical maintenance across equipment.
• Reading technical docs, diagrams, and service manuals.
• Contributing to process improvements and technical optimizations.
