Job summary

Metyis seeks a Delivery Manager to support client engagements across Digital Transformation, Technology Delivery, Data & AI, and Enterprise Technology initiatives.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, timelines, risks, and budgets, and contribute to governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment. Willingness to travel is required; English proficiency essential.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Delivery Management, Consulting, Digital Transformation, Technology Delivery, or related roles.
• Experience supporting or managing projects within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across business and technology functions.
• Strong understanding of planning, governance, scheduling, RAID management, dependency management, budgeting and reporting.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams while maintaining delivery quality and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned workstreams or smaller projects, ensuring delivery against scope, timelines, quality, and budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, delivery schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and project documentation.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and elevate issues as needed.
• Coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective execution and delivery.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders, project teams, and internal delivery functions.
• Support governance activities including reporting, steering committee preparation, action tracking, and decision management.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, sprints, and status reviews.
• Communicate progress, milestones, risks, issues, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Support change management and business readiness activities throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and other roles to coordinate successful delivery.
• Contribute to Agile delivery by supporting sprint planning, backlog reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.

What you will do

Support the successful delivery of client engagements across Digital Transformation, Technology, Data & AI, Digital Commerce, Customer Experience, and Business Transformation initiatives.

Manage assigned workstreams or smaller projects, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines, quality, and budget.

Develop and maintain project plans, delivery schedules, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), status reports, and project documentation.

Monitor project progress, identify delivery risks and dependencies, and proactively elevate issues where required.

Coordinate project activities across multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective execution and delivery.

Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders, project teams, and internal delivery functions.

Support governance activities including project reporting, steering committee preparation, action tracking, and decision management.

Facilitate project meetings, workshops, sprint ceremonies, and status reviews.

Ensure clear communication of project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and decisions to relevant stakeholders.

Support change management and business readiness activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Business Technology consultants, Scrum Masters, Architects, Engineers, Designers, and client stakeholders to coordinate successful delivery.

Contribute to Agile delivery by supporting sprint planning, backlog reviews, retrospectives, release planning, and dependency management.

Ensure project deliverables comply with agreed governance, quality standards, and delivery methodologies.

Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, project governance, and team collaboration.

Support proposal development, project planning activities, and internal capability initiatives where required.

Travel as required to support client engagements.

What you will bring

2-4 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Delivery Management, Consulting, Digital Transformation, Technology Delivery, or related roles.

Experience supporting or managing projects within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.

Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across business and technology functions.

Good understanding of Project Management principles including planning, governance, scheduling, RAID management, dependency management, budgeting, and reporting.

Experience developing project plans, status reports, delivery dashboards, and governance artefacts.

Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams while maintaining delivery quality and stakeholder alignment.

Understanding of project lifecycle management from initiation through delivery and project closure.

Understanding of Digital Transformation, Technology, Data & AI, Digital Commerce, Customer Experience, or Enterprise Technology initiatives.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Good analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional consulting and delivery teams.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare project reports and executive-ready updates.

Experience facilitating project meetings, workshops, and delivery governance sessions.

Comfortable working with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and client leadership.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related discipline.

Professional proficiency in English.

Willingness to travel based on client and project requirements.

Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Experience using project delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, Planner, Smartsheet, Monday.com , or similar collaboration platforms.

Foundation certifications in Project Management (PRINCE2 Foundation, PMP, CAPM), Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Change Management.

Awareness of PMO governance, financial tracking, resource planning, and portfolio reporting.

Knowledge of Dutch or additional European languages is advantageous depending on client engagements.
