Job summary

Metyis is growing and seeks a Project Management Associate to join the Data & Analytics team in Amsterdam. You will lead client engagements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive end-to-end delivery across AI, Digital Commerce, and transformation initiatives.

The role requires 3+ years of PM experience, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English. You will collaborate with senior leaders and contribute to business development while shaping digital growth strategies at a global

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience delivering business, technology, digital, analytics, or transformation initiatives, with 1+ years at a project lead level.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in Project Management with knowledge of best practices and frameworks.
• Experience across Data & Analytics, AI, Digital Commerce, Digital Transformation, Technology Enablement, or Customer Experience initiatives.
• Experience in managing stakeholders across clients, peers, and supervisors.
• Consulting or client-facing experience.
• Strong business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of cloud, data, digital, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
• Familiarity with change management and organizational transformation principles.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) plus fluency in English.
• Ability to innovate and deal with a constantly changing environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client projects.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, Cloud Analytics solutions, Data Science Modelling, Deep Learning & AI.
• Experience with SDLC and Waterfall development processes.
• Experience with designing and developing solution architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of client engagements across Data & Analytics, AI, Digital Commerce, Business Transformation, and Digital Growth initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building trusted relationships and ensuring alignment on objectives, scope, timelines, and expected outcomes.
• Partner with client teams to understand business processes, strategic priorities, operational challenges, and transformation ambitions, translating these into actionable delivery plans.
• Challenge existing processes and ways of working by identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, digitalization, and measurable business value creation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, delivery roadmaps, governance structures, and resource plans to ensure successful execution.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery through effective planning, coordination, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Manage Agile delivery processes, sprint ceremonies, and project governance across Metyis and client teams.
• Lead cross-functional, multicultural teams comprising consultants, solution architects, business analysts, data specialists, engineers, digital commerce experts, and technology professionals.
• Support client adoption and value realization and contribute to business development activities including preparation of proposals, case studies and client presentations.
• Lead a cross cultural and multi-skilled team of solution architects, functional experts, Data & Analytics developers to design and implement effective solutions.
• Partner clients in adoption of the developed solutions to derive business process improvements and ROI.
