Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build and support scalable data solutions on a Microsoft Fabric platform. You will standardise data across regions, develop robust data pipelines, and implement Lakehouse architectures within a complex enterprise environment.

You will contribute to data quality, governance, and production support while collaborating with globally distributed teams to modernise the organisation's data estate.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience working as a Data Engineer within enterprise environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse architecture.
• Advanced SQL and T-SQL development skills.
• Experience designing and implementing Medallion architecture.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data integration and data modelling principles.
• Experience with data quality frameworks, reconciliation processes, and production support.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and operational excellence within data platforms.
• Ability to work effectively across globally distributed teams and stakeholders.

The Role

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and supporting scalable data solutions within Microsoft Fabric.
