Job summary

Innovien Solutions seeks a Microsoft 365 Subject Matter Expert to own tenant-level policies, governance, and configuration standards for a multinational rollout. This is enterprise-scale work, not a help desk seat, focused on design and global deployment.

You will collaborate with regional stakeholders, drive security decisions, and document rollout choices while working remotely across regions during Central European hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Microsoft 365 experience at the tenant/organization level.
• Proven track record designing M365 policies across security and governance.
• Experience delivering enterprise migrations or global rollouts across regions.
• Strong ability to work independently in a remote CE time-zone.

Innovien is supporting a global Microsoft 365 rollout for a multinational enterprise. We’re hiring a Microsoft 365 Subject Matter Expert to own the policies, governance, and configuration standards that define how the entire company works in the platform. This is tenant level work at enterprise scale, not a help desk seat.

What You’ll Do

• Design, configure, and implement organizational policies across the M365 environment to support a multi region user base
• Drive tenant level decisions on governance, security, and configuration
• Support the next wave of a worldwide go live across offices outside the US
• Partner with regional stakeholders to align M365 standards across the organization
• Document policies, configurations, and rollout decisions

What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands on Microsoft 365 experience at the tenant and organizational level, well beyond end user support
• Proven track record designing and implementing M365 policies across security, compliance, and governance
• Experience delivering enterprise M365 deployments, migrations, or global rollouts across multiple regions
• Deep knowledge of M365 administration and the judgment to shape the overall platform landscape
• Ability to work independently in a remote, cross regional environment during Central European business hours
