Job summary

TNO in The Hague seeks a Microsoft 365 Specialist focused on Exchange Online, email delivery, and security to maintain and advance a large enterprise environment. You will join a team that supports thousands of users and collaborates across Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra ID.

You will automate operational tasks with PowerShell, provide 3rd-line support, and work with stakeholders to implement email-related solutions. Flexibility includes home working and part-time options.

Qualifications

Experience managing and configuring Exchange Online in a large enterprise.
Knowledge of email delivery troubleshooting including NDRs, connectors, and transport rules.
Experience with Defender for Office 365 in anti-spam, anti-phishing, and threat protection policies.
Understanding of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC fundamentals.
Automation and scripting with PowerShell.
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

Managing and configuring Exchange Online in a large enterprise environment.
Diagnosing and resolving complex email delivery and mail flow issues.
Configuring and maintaining mailboxes, distribution groups, and Exchange policies.
Implementing and managing email security solutions with Defender for Office 365.
Developing PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
Providing 3rd-line support for escalated incidents and service requests.
Collaborating with stakeholders on email-related solutions.
