Job summary

Allegion plc in Netherlands is seeking a Digital Workplace Administrator to provide L3 administration, engineering, and escalation support for Microsoft 365 apps (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online) and related tools across Allegion’s global business.

You will drive stability, performance, and continuous improvement, own incidents, design solutions, enable users, and contribute to M&A migrations and platform standardization while collaborating with Security, Identity, and Infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience administering Microsoft 365.
• Experience with 2nd/3rd line support and complex incidents.
• Strong understanding of enterprise collaboration and communication technologies.
• Experience with automation via scripting (PowerShell) for platform management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture, governance, and dependencies.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Travel may be required for M&A activities, onboarding, and integration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the 3rd line escalation point for complex incidents across Microsoft 365 tools.
• Perform advanced administration, configuration, and optimization of the Office 365 environment.
• Lead root cause analysis and problem management for high-impact issues.
• Design and deliver collaboration solutions aligned to security and compliance.
• Support global M&A activities including tenant-to-tenant migrations and onboarding of acquired businesses.
• Develop automation and tooling (e.g., PowerShell) to streamline administration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement user-centric solutions and capture requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
