Job summary

Fluke Corporation is seeking a Quality & Metrology Engineer on-site in Eindhoven, Netherlands, to support calibration, metrology, and quality activities within the Netherlands Service Laboratory. The role focuses on calibration accuracy, metrological traceability, and ISO/IEC 17025 compliance, with opportunities to contribute to new capability development.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in calibration, metrology, laboratory operations, quality engineering, or Test & Measurement services.
Experience working within ISO17025 accredited laboratories.
Experience supporting calibration and measurement activities.

Responsibilities

Perform calibration of Test & Measurement equipment in accordance with Fluke procedures and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
Execute daily calibration activities and achieve committed Turn‑Around‑Time (TAT) targets.
Maintain metrological traceability of calibration standards and reference equipment.
Support troubleshooting and technical investigation of complex calibration issues and customer escalations related to calibration quality.
Support implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the laboratory quality management system.
Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, RvA accreditation requirements, Fluke Quality Management System.
Support internal and external audits, proficiency testing, and corrective action activities.
Assist with validation of calibration methods and technical procedures.
Participate in continuous improvement projects using FBS, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
Work closely with Service Engineers, Quality teams, Engineering teams, and Global Metrology teams to resolve technical issues.
