• Meewerkend Voorman / supervisor of lifting and transport projects
• Monthly salary €2,911.64 – €4,004.55 (experience dependent)
• Workplace: Hoogvliet, Netherlands

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervising and executing assigned tasks
• Lead a diverse team of rigging operators
• Coach and transfer your knowledge to team members
• Oversee all phases of the work
• Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently and effectively

Qualifications

• Completed foreperson training at SEVT or equivalent, or strong ambition to develop in this direction
• Experience in HLT operations, methods, and techniques
• Leadership skills and experience in a high customer‑oriented environment
