Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Service Project Engineer to join our team in Amersfoort, Netherlands. The role focuses on developing, validating, and improving service and repair processes for capital medical devices, supporting onboarding of new products and service volumes.

You will lead engineering workstreams, provide hands-on technical support, and ensure safety, quality, cost, and delivery requirements are met while collaborating with cross-functional partners and the Service & Repair

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
Experience in process development, validation, and documentation.
Experience leading engineering projects and cross-functional coordination.
Experience in regulated or medical device environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, and improve service and repair processes.
Support introduction of new products and service volumes across EMEA centers.
Plan and execute Computer System Validation and qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
Lead engineering projects of low to medium complexity with cross-functional teams.
Manage scope, schedules, risks, and costs; provide progress updates to stakeholders.
Provide technical support for equipment design, testing, and documentation.
Perform troubleshooting, risk assessments, and structured problem solving.
Support day-to-day engineering across service portfolio including multiple platforms.
