Waving is looking for a full-time Medior/Senior RF & Wireless Sensing Scientist based in Amsterdam. In this role, you'll be responsible for owning the end-to-end sensing and detection pipeline, working closely with the CTO and other senior engineers to transition proofs of concept into scalable products.
The ideal candidate should have at least a master's degree in Electrical Engineering, relevant work experience in signal processing and machine learning, along with strong analytical skills. Waving offers a dynamic startup environment with a generous salary and equity options.

About the role we're looking for
We're looking for a full‑time Medior/Senior RF & Wireless Sensing Scientist in Amsterdam to own our sensing and detection end‑to‑end, working at the intersection of RF/signal processing and applied machine learning to protect critical infrastructure in real‑world settings. It's a pivotal role, working side‑by‑side with our CTO, Senior Backend Engineer, and Senior Product Manager to turn our PoCs into Waving's scalable product. The ideal candidate is independent, fast‑learning, meticulous, and takes ownership end‑to‑end, from research and feature engineering to model development, evaluation, and field iteration.
