You will work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, solving complex challenges and delivering innovative solutions with a customer-first mindset. You’ll collaborate with talented colleagues and continue to develop your skills in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend software development experience.
• Strong experience with Java or Kotlin and Spring Boot.
• Solid understanding of microservices, API design and event-driven systems.
• Experience with databases, caching and message brokers/queues.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and quality practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Your Role

As a Medior Backend Engineer, you'll join one of our cross-functional Agile development squads and play an important role in building scalable, high-performing backend systems that power our digital platforms.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys solving complex challenges, and is motivated to push the boundaries of what's possible in e-commerce. Together with your team, you'll contribute to innovative solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Bring

Essential

• 3+ years of experience in backend software development


• Strong experience with Java or Kotlin and Spring Boot


• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and event-driven systems


• Experience working with databases, caching technologies, and message brokers/queues


• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and software quality practices


• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience within e-commerce or other high-transaction environments


• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP


• A customer-first mindset and a passion for creating impactful user experiences
