Rabobank is seeking a Medior Azure Platform Engineer to design and operate secure, scalable Azure platforms, shaping NBIF Unified for automated delivery and BAU service. You will work with product, architecture, risk, security and model teams to improve onboarding and observability.

The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration across disciplines and strong technical judgment to deliver reliable, maintainable cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure, platform engineering and data-intensive services.
• 3+ years with Azure Databricks, Data Factory, Logic Apps, Airflow and YAML.
• Hands-on CI/CD, IaC (Bicep/Terraform), automated testing and Python or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve secure, scalable Azure services and reusable patterns for NBIF Unified.

You shape NBIF Unified, simplify model onboarding and automate delivery and operations. You strengthen security and observability while helping the Orchestration Platform squad develop the platform into a sustainable business-as-usual service. That helps us build an organization where people enjoy working and where we truly understand and serve our customers.## You & your talent* 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure, platform engineering and data-intensive or workflow-orchestration services.* 3+ years of experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, Airflow, and YAML* Hands-on expertise in CI/CD, Bicep or Terraform, automated testing, Python or another relevant language, and strong SQL.* Experience with observability, incident management, reliability engineering and secure cloud design, including identity, secrets and network controls.* Ownership: you take responsibility from design through production and improve outcomes using evidence.* Collaboration: you communicate clearly, invite different perspectives and work effectively across business and engineering disciplines.* Judgement: you simplify complex problems, challenge constructively and balance delivery, reliability, security and maintainability.* You hold, or are willing to obtain, a relevant Azure certification such as Azure Administrator Associate. Certifications in Azure DevOps, Azure Security, Azure Data Engineering, Terraform or Databricks are an advantage.
