Job summary

SGS, the world-leading testing, inspection and certification company, seeks a Senior Medical Devices leader to drive growth in the Benelux. You will own the segment P&L, shape propositions, and win new business across MDR, IVDR, ISO 13485 and MDSAP.

You will collaborate with SGS's global Medical Devices network, build key customer relationships, and lead governance, forecasting and performance reviews across Belgium and the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• The candidate has 10+ years of leadership in Medical Devices businesses.
• Deep knowledge of MDR, IVDR, ISO 13485.
• Proven track record in B2B commercial propositions and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Medical Devices growth strategy for Benelux.
• Own the segment P&L, revenue growth, profitability and business performance.
• Identify and win new business opportunities across MDR, IVDR, ISO 13485, MDSAP, UKCA and related services.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, manufacturers, industry stakeholders and strategic accounts.
• Shape customer propositions, pricing strategies and portfolio development.
• Translate market opportunities into actionable commercial initiatives and measurable results.
• Collaborate with SGS's global Medical Devices network to secure the technical expertise and capacity needed to support growth.
• Drive cross-selling opportunities and maximize value within existing SGS customer relationships.
• Lead segment governance, forecasting and performance reviews across Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Ensure demand, capacity and capability planning support sustainable business growth.
