L’Oréal Benelux is seeking a Media Director to lead the CDMO media function, directing a team of 3 and aligning media investments with brand objectives across the Benelux region. You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive innovative, compliant media operations and to elevate the team’s impact.
You will oversee governance, finance, and global integration, while nurturing talent and shaping cross-functional collaboration.

The CDMO team is the corporate team of experts responsible for optimizing the consumer journey and maximizing the ROI of our business drivers for all our brands in the Benelux. The team hosts experts in the field of Media, Advocacy, CRM/DDX, Geo, Consumer Engagement (websites, services, PIM/DAM), E-commerce, Digital innovation and Consumer & Market Intelligence.
As Media Director you will be part of the Leadership Team of the CDMO (multi divisional marketing & digital) team and manage directly a team of 3 media specialists and indirectly the media teams of our 4 divisions. You make sure, together with the media and brand teams, to invest our media to drive the brand objectives and keep on top of the innovations in the market. Y ou act as the strategic driver and governance lead for all media investments and partnerships across the BNL (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) cluster. You bridge global group strategy with local brand execution, ensuring high-impact, innovative, and compliant media operations.
