Job summary

KNAPP Benelux B.V. in Venlo is seeking a service technician to maintain our automated warehouse system in a compact team. You will handle both mechanical and electrical tasks on site and help keep our high-tech installations running smoothly.

You bring an mbo level in mechatronics, electrical or mechanical engineering plus relevant experience. The role includes rotating shifts, learning on the job, and working closely with colleagues to solve challenges.

Qualifications

• MBO level in mechatronics, electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Work experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts (06:00–14:30 and 14:30–23:00).
• Curiosity and proactivity; take the lead when problems arise and collaborate on solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair our advanced installations (60% mechanical, 40% electrical) on site.
• Inventory, identify and solve technical problems and optimise equipment.
• Contribute to a positive climate and ensure good cooperation.
• Pursue continuous learning and development to grow into the role.
