Frencken Mechatronics in Eindhoven seeks a Mechatronics Assembly Technician to independently assemble, align, and test high-tech modules used in cutting-edge machines worldwide.

You will work in project teams on first-of-series builds and recurring modules, ensuring craftsmanship is visible in every output. The role offers development toward a trainer position and exposure to regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Completed technical education in Mechatronics or related field, or 1–3 years of experience in fine-mechanical assembly.
• Experience with mechatronics, mechanics, electronics, bonding, pneumatics, and device alignment.
• Analytical mindset and strong communication skills.
• Proactive, flexible, and quality-oriented; able to work under time pressure.
• Passion for technology and understanding how things work.

Responsibilities

• Independently assemble, integrate, and test complex mechatronic modules in cleanroom and non-cleanroom environments.
• Spot technical issues during assembly and resolve with engineering and customers.
• Propose smarter assembly methods and improve work instructions and processes.
• Safeguard quality through checks until products meet specifications.
• For NPI projects: determine assembly approach and validate design choices.
• Represent production towards the customer alongside the Production Engineer.
• Share knowledge and grow into a trainer role with experience.
• Maintain cleanroom and workplace standards and safety.
