Job summary

TMC is hiring a Mechanical Engineer to design cutting-edge mechanical systems and transform innovative ideas into high-tech products. You will work in a multidisciplinary R&D team from concept through prototype validation, collaborating with Manufacturing, Service, Purchasing and QA to meet quality, cost and time-to-market goals.

The role requires a technical degree, experience with CAD/CAE (Siemens NX preferred), and strong analytical skills. English fluency is essential; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Experience with parametric CAD/CAE; Siemens NX is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of machining, sheet metal, and plastics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate requirements into manufacturable designs.
• Experience in multidisciplinary development teams.
• Excellent communication in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Eligibility to work in the Netherlands and on-site in Venlo region.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of high-tech mechanical systems from concept to prototype validation.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Service, Purchasing and QA to balance quality, function, cost, and time-to-market.
• Translate requirements into practical, manufacturable designs for production.
