Job summary

The Member Company is seeking a Mechanical Designer in the Netherlands (Eindhoven) to join a multidisciplinary R&D team. You will work on precision mechanisms, drive systems, and media handling components from concept through prototype validation in an on-site capacity.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across Manufacturing, Service, Purchasing and QA to ensure designs balance quality, manufacturability, cost and schedule. Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience with parametric CAD/CAE; Siemens NX knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of precision engineering and mechanical design principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-tech mechanical systems from concept to validation.
• Translate requirements into manufacturable designs balancing quality, cost and time-to-market.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Service, Purchasing and QA to align specifications.
• Lead through concept development, detailed engineering and prototype validation.
