Job summary

Google in Amsterdam is seeking a Product Deployment Engineer for Measurement within gTech Ads to drive martech diagnostics, design scalable architectures, and mentor peers.

You will translate client needs into server-side architectures and data flows, ensuring privacy-compliant connections, collaborating with Sales, Product and Engineering, and delivering BRDs/PRDs for engineering handovers and reusable playbooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in technical consulting, product management, or solution architecture and project management in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in building proof-of-concepts using web/scripting technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Python, etc.) and SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Advise sales, client, and gTech stakeholders to conduct martech diagnostics and advise on scalable solution adoption.
• Translate client requirements into system architectures (Server-side Google Tag Manager, GA4 for Firebase, OCI) and create BRDs/PRDs for engineering handovers.
• Architect privacy-compliant first-party data connections using Google Ads API and oversee cross-functional deployment and validation testing.
• Create reusable playbooks to standardize vendor servicing models and surface product gaps to core engineering.
