Job summary

Quooker is offering a graduation internship in Materials Science in Ridderkerk. You’ll investigate how weld discolouration relates to corrosion resistance and analyze welds to determine pass/fail criteria for production-line inspections.

You’ll work in a quality-focused environment with a strong emphasis on data-backed findings, personal development, and the opportunity to contribute to international learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a university degree in Materials Science or related field.
• Hands-on approach with an eye for detail.
• Available for 4 to 6 months, 32 to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Investigate the relationship between weld discolouration and corrosion resistance.
• Analyze different welds and determine when discolouration poses risk.
• Support production-line decisions on which welds pass inspection.
