Responsibilities
Reports to the Logistics and Materials Management Manager and oversees Materials Management locally.
Manages receiving, tracking, storage, and timely distribution of goods for projects.
Ensures proper documentation throughout the supply chain process.
Coordinates with projects, suppliers, agents, and transport companies.
Optimizes warehouse space utilization and equipment storage.
Maintains digital records and ensures compliance with HSE guidelines.
Manages the waste stream according to company guidelines.
Collaborates with the technical superintendent and warehouse engineer for equipment maintenance.
Oversee the receiving, storage, and timely distribution of goods for current and future Projects as well as Offshore Resources.
Ensure proper documentation of the complete supply chain process including customs documentation, manifests, and certificates.
Liaise with projects, offshore resources, SCM, suppliers, agents, and transport companies on a regular basis.
Ensure efficient space utilization and logical layout of the premises.
Ensure specific storage characteristics are taken into account for each type of equipment.
Keep full digital account of all processes with aid of task specific software and equipment.
Pursue the continuous improvement of a save working environment according to the national and company regulations and guidelines all in close contact with the HSE department.
Coordinate the project and warehouse waste stream according to national and company guidelines.
Qualifications
EU right to work.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering OR at least 5 years of working experience in logistics.
Knowledge of local and international regulations governing the transport of goods, including customs procedures, import/export regulations, transport documents, dangerous goods, and safety standards.
Ability to multitask across different activities, flexible in approach and possess the ability to change priorities as and when business or client needs dictate.
Strong oral and written communication skills, with fluency in English and Polish.
Proactive, resourceful, and problem-solving mindset with a hands-on attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with exposure to SAP/Ariba considered a plus.
Willingness to travel and work abroad as required.
