Job summary

Dixstone is seeking a Material Master Data Analyst to create, maintain, and safeguard the quality of the material master database across the Company’s ERP systems. You will act as a primary contact for cataloguing requests from Procurement, Engineering, and Operations, ensuring accurate, consistent data within agreed SLAs.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage material creation and modification requests through the designated workflow, acting as the main contact for cataloging queries.
• Support the Category Specialist and Business Support team in maintaining the material master database.
• Catalog new materials in ERP systems (e.g., IFS, SAP MM, McMain) with complete technical attributes.
• Identify and prevent duplicate material creation through searches and standardize descriptions across units.
• Perform periodic data cleansing, deactivate obsolete materials, and enforce data governance policies.
• Monitor data quality KPIs (completeness, accuracy, duplication) and report deviations.
