Job summary

The Member Company in the Netherlands is seeking an Inventory and Purchasing Coordinator to optimize stock levels and ensure accurate SAP master data. You will manage call-off orders, coordinate with suppliers, and monitor deliveries to support a smooth material flow.

Responsibilities include maintaining master data in SAP, handling order confirmations and delivery dates, and reporting on procurement performance. A proactive approach and SAP experience are valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and place call-off orders in consultation with the responsible Buyer
• Proactively follow up on orders via phone and email
• Ensure order confirmations, delivery dates, and other information are correctly entered into SAP
• Maintain master data in SAP
• Ensure a smooth material flow
• Manage inventory at external locations
• Conduct operational relationship management with suppliers
• Resolve incorrect deliveries or rejections
• Identify deviations in purchasing agreements
• Carry out actions in response to revision changes
• Contribute to the improvement of internal and external procurement and Material Management processes
• Report on the progress of material provisions
