Job summary

Maintec in Schijndel is seeking a Material Handler to support our production team. You will move materials to the floor, ensure timely supply, and help maintain accurate inventory in a high-tech environment.

The role operates in a two-shift system (06:00–15:00, 15:00–00:00) with a focus on accuracy, flexibility and teamwork. Prior material handling experience is valued for this stable, long-term position.

Responsibilities

• Transport materials to and from the production floor to ensure smooth operations.

• Operate an electric pallet truck (EPT) and a stacker safely.

We are looking for Material Handlers to support production by ensuring the timely supply of materials in a modern, high-tech working environment. What are you going to do? As a Material Handler , you will be responsible for transporting materials to and from the production floor, ensuring that production runs smoothly without delays or disruptions . You will play an important role in supporting production by supplying materials on time , monitoring stock movements , and assisting with inventory control . This is a hands-on position that requires accuracy, flexibility, teamwork, and a proactive attitude. You will work in a two-shift system from Monday to Friday: 06:00 - 15:00 and 15:00 - 00:00.

Main Responsibilities:

• Transport materials safely and efficiently to and from the production floor
• Ensure production lines are supplied with the correct materials on time
• Monitor material flow and report any deviations or shortages
• Resolve minor issues independently or in consultation with the team leader
• Support inventory management by performing stock counts and checks
• Operate an EPT and stacker safely and efficiently
• Follow work instructions and company procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure an efficient production process

What can you expect from us?

• Gross salary : €15.68 per hour + 18% shift allowance
• Weekly net income: approximately €450 - €500 , according to Dutch labor legislation
