Job summary

Follo is seeking a Marketplace Specialist to run the integrations between PIM/ERP/WMS and marketplaces such as bol, Amazon, Zalando, Douglas and About You. You ensure data is complete, accurate and on time, resolving issues structurally, and driving automation and AI to reduce manual work.

You will join the Utrecht team in a growth-focused agency with European ambitions. You independently manage client integrations, partner with marketplace consultants, and contribute to playbooks and onboarding

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of marketplace/e-commerce or product data experience.
• Worked with at least one integrator (ChannelEngine, Channable, Tradebyte).
• Strong in structured data work with advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Automation-first mindset; build solutions for repetitive tasks.
• Independent, proactive, and able to manage blockers and errors.
• Solid Dutch and English proficiency for client and partner work.

Responsibilities

• Manage integrations for your client portfolio using ChannelEngine, Channable or Tradebyte.
• Monitor data flow from PIM/ERP/WMS to marketplaces; fix feeds, content, stock, pricing.
• Run marketplace health checks and convert recurring errors into structural fixes.
• Automate repetitive tasks with formulas, scripts and AI; Python/SQL is a plus.
• Build dashboards/reports for consultants, management and clients.
• Support onboarding by setting up scalable integration structures.
• Share knowledge with juniors and contribute to playbooks/docs.

As a Marketplace Specialist at Follo, you run the technical heart of marketplace growth: the integrations between PIM, ERP and WMS on one side and marketplaces such as bol, Amazon, Zalando, Douglas and About You on the other.

Visibility on a marketplace doesn't start with content or bidding. It starts with data that is right. You make sure product data comes in complete, accurate and on time, that errors are solved structurally instead of manually, and that automation and AI keep taking work off the team's hands. Not an executor of tickets, but the specialist who keeps the engine running and makes it run faster.

What you will do

You independently manage the integrations for your own portfolio of clients and act as the sparring partner for our marketplace consultants. They own the commercial strategy, you make sure the technology and the data make it possible.

This means you:

• Set up integrations independently in tools such as ChannelEngine, Channable and Tradebyte: mappings, categorisation logic, attributes and business rules.
• Monitor the data flow from PIM/ERP/WMS to the marketplaces and resolve issues in feeds, content, stock and pricing.
• Run marketplace health checks, recognise recurring error patterns and turn them into structural solutions instead of one-off fixes.
• Automate repetitive work with formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Regex, Query), scripts and AI. Experience with Python or SQL is a strong plus.
• Build dashboards and reports that give consultants, management and clients insight into integration performance.
• Support the onboarding of new clients by setting up integration structures that scale.
• Share knowledge with junior specialists, help out on complex troubleshooting and contribute to playbooks and documentation.

What you will bring

Our marketplace team is growing and we are specifically looking for reinforcement at medior level. You don't need to be a developer, but you do feel at home between systems, data and logic. We value the following qualities:

• You have around 2 to 4 years of experience with marketplaces, e-commerce operations or product data, preferably at an agency, brand or retailer.
• You have worked with at least one integrator (ChannelEngine, Channable, Tradebyte or similar) and understand how PIM, ERP and WMS relate to a marketplace.
• You are strong in structured data work: advanced Excel or Google Sheets, and neither a large export nor a bit of Regex scares you.
• You think automation-first. If you do something manually three times, you build a solution for it.
• You work independently, take ownership of your own backlog and communicate proactively about blockers, errors and solutions.
• You are analytical and curious: you want to know why a feed fails, not just that it fails.
• You have a solid proficiency in Dutch and English, as you work with clients as well as international marketplace and tooling partners.
