Job summary

GoodHabitz is seeking a Marketing Web Developer (Webflow) to own the daily development, structure, and maintenance of the Global GoodHabitz website. You’ll build fast, scalable, accessible experiences in Webflow, extending functionality with JavaScript and CSS.

You’ll work with Marketing and designers to transform Figma briefs into production sites, ensuring solid technical foundations and ongoing improvements. Hybrid role based at Eindhoven HQ, ~2 days in-office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of web development experience including hands-on Webflow work
• Proficient in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture, performance, and maintainability
• Experience translating Figma designs into production websites
• Experience collaborating with marketing teams and briefs
• Proactive ownership mindset and keen interest in Webflow advances

Responsibilities

• Own the Webflow build, structure and maintenance of the GoodHabitz website
• Build responsive pages and reusable components from Figma designs
• Implement custom functionality with JavaScript and CSS
• Keep the Webflow project clean, scalable and maintainable
• Improve site speed, Core Web Vitals, technical SEO and crawlability
• Apply WCAG and accessibility best practices
• Identify and fix bugs, technical debt and performance issues
• Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance QA and maintenance
• Stay updated with Webflow and new web tech including AI-driven features
