Job summary

Leiden Bio Science Park is looking for a Marketing & Sales intern who is a student passionate about science and communication. You will develop and implement targeted campaigns, create engaging content, and support the onboarding of new users. The internship is in-office and offers mentorship from a creative, multidisciplinary team.

This role provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced, purpose-driven company where you can shape real campaigns and see your contributions come to life.

Qualifications

• Currently studying in a relevant field such as marketing or biomedical sciences.
• Comfortable writing engaging content in English.
• Proactive and comfortable working independently and in a team.

Are you a student who loves science, communication, and creative thinking? At Fearless League, we build software that helps researchers work smarter and collaborate better. As our Marketing & Sales intern, you’ll work closely with our team to support outreach, storytelling, and targeted campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

• Help develop and implement targeted campaigns.
• Create clear, engaging content.
• Support onboarding of new users.
• Coordinate in‑person outreach materials (flyers, stickers, etc.).
• Collect and analyze basic user feedback and engagement data.

Who You Are:

• Studying marketing, communication, biomedical sciences, or another relevant field.
• Comfortable writing in English (Dutch is a plus, not required).
• Creative and detail‑oriented – you like both big ideas and finishing things well.
• Interested in science, tech, and startups.
• Proactive, curious, and happy working both independently and in a team.
• Eligible to work in the EU.
