Qualifications

Axon develops an ecosystem of devices and cloud software for public safety and security agencies. Its solutions help police agencies address critical safety and justice challenges, serve and protect communities, and save lives.

Задачи

• Own the Northern Europe marketing function;
• Act as a market expert using research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to position the Axon promise across customer sets;
• Lead the development and execution of marketing strategy for the Benelux and Nordics, adapting it to country-specific needs and customer considerations;
• Increase awareness and shift perception in the core policing market;
• Create pipeline to drive adoption of Axon’s growing product portfolio;
• Monitor global public safety trends, regulatory developments, and local public affairs landscapes to inform marketing strategies;
• Partner with the revenue intelligence team to produce reports on performance, benchmark progress, and ongoing marketing efforts;
• Own market metrics including event ROI, advertising and sponsorship ROS, lead progression, and pipeline influence;
• Work with public affairs agencies to develop and execute PR and public affairs campaigns;
• Manage Axon’s reputation and brand visibility by responding to emerging issues, managing crises, and securing strategic media placements;
• Collaborate with the corporate communications team to maintain consistent, timely, and relevant messaging;
• Partner with government affairs teams to support advocacy efforts and policy initiatives;
• Collaborate with events and digital teams to plan, manage, and execute in-person, hybrid, and webinar events;
• Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns including case studies, video content, digital campaigns, and public relations strategies;
• Manage regional brand presence across online channels, including social and web;
• Develop creative approaches to reach key audiences and personas through various channels and content mediums;
• Develop locally relevant marketing strategies or adapt existing frameworks based on market needs;
• Track ROI, engagement, and audience feedback to refine campaign and event strategies;
• Provide strategic insights into Axon’s go-to-market motion and competitive positioning to create and progress opportunities;
• Create and deploy field-facing enablement assets, sales playbooks, and content aligned with priority selling scenarios;
• Develop and execute strategies with the sales team to promote cross-sell and upsell opportunities;
• Collaborate with agency partners on media outreach, co-marketing initiatives, and customer reference opportunities;
• Manage internal relationships to build cohesive product launch plans, adapt content for local markets, and support the sales team;
• Foster relationships with public relations, public affairs, and external communications teams to ensure unified messaging across regions.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience;
• 7+ Years of marketing experience, ideally at a public safety, SaaS, or technology company;
• Experience developing and executing marketing strategies;
• Experience managing external or in-house agencies;
• Expertise in digital/growth marketing, events, and public relations or public affairs;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Fluent spoken and written English;
• Experience working with customers in Northern Europe, including the Benelux and Nordics;
• Legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment may be required for some roles;
• Nice to have: Experience in public safety, SaaS, or technology companies.
