Innercrowd is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our voice across Europe’s live event market. You’ll shape how we tell stories, drive campaigns, and build a brand people remember in a fast-growing, community-driven platform.
Join a small, ambitious team that values creative storytelling, data-driven decision making and rapid experimentation. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product and Customer Success to grow our European footprint.
The best events don’t just sell tickets. They create moments people talk about for years.
At Innercrowd, we believe the strongest marketing doesn’t start with an ad, it starts with a fan. The friend who convinces ten others to come along. The ambassador who proudly shares their favourite festival. The community that keeps coming back, year after year.
Our platform helps event organizers such as Verknipt, No Art, Loveland and Hangar turn that passion into measurable growth. We help festivals, clubs and live events build communities that don’t just buy tickets, they create stories, memories and movements.
In just a few years, we’ve grown from working with a handful of festivals to partnering with more than 100 event organizers across Europe. We’re building the future of community-driven marketing, and we’re just getting started.
If you’re excited by the intersection of storytelling, technology and live events, you’ll feel at home here.
Your impact
As Marketing Manager, you’ll become the voice of Innercrowd. You will become the event marketers’ favourite marketer. A funnel evangelist, an expert of how to sell out shows.
You’ll own our marketing strategy across channels while helping us tell our story to the in the European market. Not simply by generating more leads or launching campaigns, but by building a brand people genuinely want to follow.
You’ll work at the intersection of creativity and commercial growth. One day you’re interviewing customers about how they sold out their event. The next you’re launching a product campaign, speaking at an industry conference or turning customer insights into content that inspires thousands of event professionals.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success to translate product features into stories customers remember, and business goals into marketing people actually care about.
This is a role for someone who believes marketing is equal parts data and emotion. Someone who cares about measuring, but loves crafting narratives even more.
Joining Innercrowd means joining at the perfect moment.
We’re still small enough for every idea to matter, yet ambitious enough to build something that can define an entire category.
You’ll work directly with the founders, have the freedom to experiment, and see the impact of your work almost immediately. As we grow across Europe, your role can grow with us, whether that’s leading marketing, building an international team or shaping our global brand.
Great marketing starts with great ideas. AI helps us move faster, automate repetitive work and uncover better insights.
We’re looking for marketers who embrace new technology without losing sight of what marketing is really about: connecting people.
