• Education at HBO level in marketing.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; Dutch is mandatory.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Google tools (Analytics, Tag Manager, Marketing Console).
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel).

Aufgaben

• Develop a project around a relevant (digital) marketing or PR topic with guidance and support from our team, conduct research and share recommendations.
• Carry out routine marketing tasks and support others using the marketing system and protocols.
• Ensure the application of brand guidelines and brand templates.
• Take ownership of LinkedIn activities, collaborate with Global Market Managers, and develop a monthly LinkedIn performance report.
• Perform basic data reporting to support others using established procedures.
• Create and maintain internal communications channels, coordinating with departments for updates.
• Support events delivery to meet schedules and budgets.
• Use standard office software for formatting letters, memoranda, and routine reports.
• Develop and maintain personal capability through training and coaching.

What is the job about?

For a duration of 20 weeks starting early 2027, the goal of this internship is to support the (digital) marketing and PR team in developing and executing marketing activities, while gaining hands-on experience in the field. You will contribute to ongoing projects, support the creation and coordination of marketing and communication activities, and assist with internal and external communications. At the same time, the internship offers you the opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable insights, and build a better understanding of how marketing works within our organization.

Responsibilities

• School Assignment;Develop a project around a relevant (digital) marketing or PR topic, with guidance and support from our team throughout the process, conduct the necessary research and analysis, and share your findings and recommendations with the team.
• Marketing;Carry out routine marketing tasks and provide support to others. Use the marketing system and protocols to deliver mostly routine support services
• Brand Positioning;Ensure the application of brand guidelines and brand templates.
• Digital Channels and Technology Management;Take ownership of LinkedIn activities, including the creation and coordination of posts in collaboration with our Global Market Managers, and develop a monthly LinkedIn performance report. Build your knowledge of our multiple digital assets such as analysing website performance and identifying relevant learnings, trends and opportunities to further improve our presence and engagement.
• Insights and Reporting;Perform basic data reporting tasks to support others by using established procedures.
• Internal Communications;Create, manage and maintain internal communication channels such as intranet, including company announcements for example. Coordination with different departments to gather relevant updates and ensure timely and consistent communication across the organization is required.
• Events Planning and Delivery; Support the delivery of events to ensure they are on schedule and within budget, meeting all deadlines and work closely with all other parties involved in the design, development, sales, marketing and delivery of the events.
• Document Preparation;Use standard office software to carry out basic formatting on letters, memoranda and routine reports.
• Personal Capability Building;Develop and maintain excellent skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
