Job summary

Vlisco Netherlands is offering a Marketing Internship within Vlisco Dialogues. You will assist the Marketing & Social Lead with social media planning, PR activities, events and online content to ensure marketing tasks are delivered in a structured way.

You'll work with the Marketing & Social Lead, Brand & Creative team, E-commerce, PR agencies and external partners. The internship lasts 5-6 months with an allowance of €450 per month based on 32-40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Studying at MBO-4, HBO or WO level in marketing/communication or related field.
• Organised, accurate and able to manage planning and deadlines.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms.
• Comfortable with numbers and basic reporting.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, eager to learn and able to work with different people.
• Interest in marketing, social media and brand communication.

Responsibilities

• Social media planning and publishing: keep the content calendar up to date; schedule/publish content across platforms; assist with community management.
• PR, events and online copy: support PR/events coordination and draft online copy for review.
• Reporting and performance analysis: prepare weekly marketing/soc media reports; check tracking; analyze results from launches, PR and events.

Within Vlisco Dialogues, we explore new ways to connect our brand with people through creative concepts, collaborations and storytelling.

As a Marketing Intern at Vlisco Dialogues, you will support the Marketing & Social Lead in bringing the marketing plan to life. You will be involved in social media planning and publishing, PR activities, events and online content, helping to ensure that our marketing activities are delivered in a consistent and organised way.

You will work closely with the Marketing & Social Lead, the Brand & Creative team, E-commerce, PR agencies and external partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social media planning and publishing

• Keep the social media content calendar up to date;
• Schedule and publish social media content across different platforms and formats, in line with the marketing plan;
• Support community management by responding to comments, messages and other interactions.

PR, events and online copy

• Support the coordination of PR activities, events and external agencies, including planning, preparing materials and following up;
• Draft online copy and content for review by the Marketing & Social Lead.

Reporting and performance analysis

• Prepare weekly social media and marketing performance reports;
• Check tracking and ensure reporting data is accurate and up to date;
• Collect and analyse results following collection launches, PR activities and events.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You are currently studying at MBO-4, HBO or WO level in marketing, communication or a related field;
• You are organised and accurate, and enjoy keeping track of planning and deadlines;
• You are familiar with Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms;
• You feel comfortable working with numbers and preparing basic reports;
• You have a good command of English, both written and spoken;
• You are proactive, eager to learn and enjoy working with different people;
• You have an interest in marketing, social media and brand communication.
