Vlisco Dialogues is seeking a Marketing Intern to support the Marketing & Social Lead in turning the marketing plan into action. You will assist with social media planning, publishing, PR activities, events and online content, helping to ensure marketing activities are delivered consistently and in an organized way.

You will collaborate with the Marketing & Social Lead, Brand & Creative team, E-commerce, PR agencies and external partners.

Competenze

• Currently studying at MBO-4, HBO or WO level in marketing, communication or related field.
• You are organized and accurate, and enjoy planning and deadlines.
• You are familiar with Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms.
• You feel comfortable with numbers and basic reports.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Proactive and eager to learn, enjoy collaborating.
• Interest in marketing, social media and brand communication.

Within Vlisco Dialogues, we explore new ways to connect our brand with people through creative concepts, collaborations and storytelling.

As a Marketing Intern at Vlisco Dialogues, you will support the Marketing & Social Lead in bringing the marketing plan to life. You will be involved in social media planning and publishing, PR activities, events and online content, helping to ensure that our marketing activities are delivered in a consistent and organised way.

You will work closely with the Marketing & Social Lead, the Brand & Creative team, E-commerce, PR agencies and external partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Social media planning and publishing

• Keep the social media content calendar up to date;
• Schedule and publish social media content across different platforms and formats, in line with the marketing plan;
• Support community management by responding to comments, messages and other interactions.

PR, events and online copy

• Support the coordination of PR activities, events and external agencies, including planning, preparing materials and following up;
• Draft online copy and content for review by the Marketing & Social Lead.

Reporting and performance analysis

• Prepare weekly social media and marketing performance reports;
• Check tracking and ensure reporting data is accurate and up to date;
• Collect and analyse results following collection launches, PR activities and events.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• You are currently studying at MBO-4, HBO or WO level in marketing, communication or a related field;
• You are organised and accurate, and enjoy keeping track of planning and deadlines;
• You are familiar with Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms;
• You feel comfortable working with numbers and preparing basic reports;
• You have a good command of English, both written and spoken;
• You are proactive, eager to learn and enjoy working with different people;
• You have an interest in marketing, social media and brand communication.

IN RETURN WE OFFER YOU:

The terms and conditions that apply to you as an intern are outlined below.

• An internship of 5–6 months;
• A full-time internship where you can gain practical experience in social media, marketing, PR and event coordination;
• The opportunity to work closely with the Marketing & Social Lead and other creative professionals;
• An internship allowance of €450 per month, based on 32–40 hours per week (or pro rata for fewer hours).
