You’ll drive demand generation, brand awareness, and go-to-market execution while playing a defining role in our ambitious growth journey. If you’re a data-driven B2B marketer who thrives on leading teams, launching products, and growing market share through distributors, this is your next big move. You can live in the Doetinchem, Amsterdam, Dusseldorf, Cologne or Frankfurt areas with expected travel up to 20% in Europe.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and lead go-to-market strategies that align with sales, product, and customer experience goals.
  • Drive brand awareness, demand generation, and lead conversion across multiple EMEA markets.
  • Build integrated digital marketing programs (SEO, paid media, email, social, content).
  • Conduct market research and Voice of Customer (VOC) to inform decisions and identify new opportunities.
  • Manage regional PR, events, and trade show strategy.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team (currently three people), fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Partner with distributors and key partners to strengthen relationships and increase pull-through.
  • Define KPIs, analyze data, and continuously optimize performance.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience in industrial products, tools, electrical, HVACR, or related technical sectors.
  • Proven track record in B2B marketing through distributors—from strategy to hands-on execution.
  • Deep understanding of European markets and cultural nuances.
  • Experience leading marketing transformation or scaling functions during high-growth phases.
  • Strong digital expertise: demand generation, CRM, email automation, SEO, Google Ads, social media.
  • Analytical mindset: use data and KPIs to measure, refine, and prove marketing ROI.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% across Europe.
