ParkBee Limited is seeking a Marketing & Design intern to translate the new brand identity into marketing output across our website, social, campaigns, and press visuals. You will help apply visual language consistently and learn how brand, campaigns, and performance connect.
The role offers hands-on mentorship, cross-functional exposure, and an Amsterdam-based office experience suitable for a student with existing graphic design skills who can work 24–32 hours weekly, for 3 to 6 months,

ParkBee's new visual identity is taking shape, and now it's marketing's job to bring it to life everywhere our audience meets us. As our Marketing & Design intern, you'll join the marketing team on a real, visible project: translating the new identity into marketing output across our website, social, campaigns, and press visuals, so every touchpoint feels unmistakably ParkBee.
You’ll learn how a brand identity gets applied in practice, not just designed once and forgotten. That means:
Developing on-brand visuals for campaigns and social content
Exploring an illustration style that fits our tone
Helping put together a marketing brand toolkit so the rest of the team can apply the identity consistently and quickly.
Along the way, you’ll also get a front-row seat to how marketing strategy and campaigns get built from scratch, from the initial idea to a live campaign, and learn how brand, campaigns, and performance connect.
Currently enrolled as a student in the Netherlands in a graphic design, communication design, interaction design, or related creative program.
Pre-existing graphic design skills are a must, we're looking for someone who can already design independently and build on that foundation.
Are available part-time from 24 to 32 hrs/week
Are available for a 3 to 6 month internship starting as soon as possible
Speak English fluently (written and spoken), Dutch is a plus
A good eye for art direction is a plus.
Being AI-savvy, comfortable using AI tools to work faster and explore more directions, is a plus too.
