Job summary

Sia Partners seeks a Strategy & Transformation Consultant to shape Retail & Consumer Goods transformations. You’ll work with senior stakeholders to define and deliver initiatives across marketing, corporate strategy, product, merchandising, pricing and operations.

You’ll join agile, multidisciplinary teams, perform analyses, and help co-create recommendations that drive lasting value for clients across channels and markets.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or a strategic role in retail or consumer goods.
• Strong analytical skills and prioritization.
• Interest in data and AI topics and the ability to build expertise.
• Fast learner in diverse, changing environments.
• Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver initiatives across marketing, corporate strategy, product, merchandising, pricing and operations.
• Support transformation programs: omnichannel strategy, pricing optimization, category development, operational redesign.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to bring actionable insights to clients.

As a Strategy & Transformation Consultant, you’ll work with senior business stakeholders to define and deliver initiatives acrossmarketing, corporate strategy, product, merchandising, pricing, commerce, and operational models.

This is a multi‑tool role where business curiosity, strategic thinking, and bring the transformation to life. Your focus is not limited to one function — instead, you’ll help clients connect the dots across departments and deliver lasting impact.

You will:

• Work on strategic challenges: from defining brand positioning or portfolio strategies to reshaping go-to-market models
• Support transformation programs: omnichannel strategy, pricing optimization, category development, operational redesign
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to bring actionable insights to clients
• Contribute to project framing, client interviews, benchmarking, and the co‑creation of recommendations
• Operate in agile, multidisciplinary teams, often with exposure to C-level management

Projects span a wide range of topics —brand strategy, innovation, customer journeys, trade terms optimization, category growth plans, and more — always tailored to what drives value for the client.

Qualifications

You have the following qualifications:

• Around2 years of experienceinconsulting, corporate strategy, or a strategic role in a retail or consumer goods company
• Strong analytical skills and a good sense of prioritization
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• A fast learner who thrives on diverse challenges and changing environments
• You can switch between strategic vision and operational detail — and speak both business and numbers fluently
• You are fluent in French or Dutch and English
• A good understanding of the retail/consumer goods ecosystem (brands, retailers, channels, consumer trends) is a strong plus
