Job summary

Rockfield Real Estate invites a Marketing & Communications Intern to join our Amsterdam-based team, with regular travel to living locations across Europe. You will help shape campaigns, create engaging content, and increase the visibility of our innovative living concepts.

You’ll work four days a week for 4–6 months, gaining hands-on experience in marketing, digital channels, newsletters and tenant communications under the guidance of seasoned professionals in a dynamic, pan-European environment.

Qualifications

• Studying for an MBO or HBO qualification in Marketing, Communication or Business Economics.
• Internship lasting 4–6 months, for at least 4 days a week.
• Creative, independent and initiative-taker.
• Interest in marketing, content and digital channels.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Dutch and English proficiency in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day marketing tasks and campaigns.
• Create content for social media, newsletters and websites.
• Support positioning of property concepts like student accommodation and co-living.
• Manage and optimise social media channels.
• Contribute ideas on campaigns and branding strategies.
• Support website management and online optimisation.
• Analyse campaigns and report results.
• Support internal communications and marketing projects.
• Assist tenant communications via apps, printed materials and activities.
• Assist editorial work for internal Rockfield communications.
