Job summary

Justdiggit in Amsterdam offers a Marketing & Communications internship starting February 2027 or later. Qualifications

• Live in Amsterdam or have a student OV card (mandatory).
• 3rd or 4th year student, motivated and enthusiastic.
• Affinity with Justdiggit's mission and digital communications.
• Working level of English and Dutch.
• Willing to learn and take a hands-on approach.
• Canva and/or Adobe CC familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute creative ideas to campaigns and assist in their execution.
• Maintain website content to be current and engaging.
• Manage the Justdiggit info mailbox and write newsletters.
• Collaborate with external partners and deliver content strategies.
• Explore design or digital marketing tasks like SEO when possible.
• Enjoy a versatile internship with significant responsibility.

Marketing & Communications intern: We are looking for a marketing and communications intern.

• Starting date: February 2027 or later
• Hours per week: 32-40 hours per week
• Years of experience needed: 0
• Monthly internship allowance: €300
• Duration: Minimum 3 months
• Location: Amsterdam, The Netherlands

About Justdiggit

We believe that if we can warm up the planet, we can also cool it down. Together with farmers, pastoralists and local partners, we cool down the planet by regreening dry and degraded land in Africa. We combine traditional and cost-effective nature-based solutions with data, communications and (mobile) technology. We want to let the world know that nature-based solutions are key to reversing climate change and inspire everyone to join the movement and become an ambassador of regreening.

What will you be doing at Justdiggit?

As our marketing and communications intern, you will:

• Contribute creative ideas to campaigns and assist in their execution;
• Maintain our website’s current and engaging content;
• Manage the Justdiggit info mailbox and write newsletters;
• Collaborate with external partners and deliver content strategies;
• Have the option to explore design or digital marketing tasks like SEO;
• Enjoy a versatile internship with significant responsibility and a pivotal role in our team.

What are we looking for?

For this internship it’s important that you:

• Live in Amsterdam or have a student OV card (mandatory);
• Are a motivated, enthusiastic 3rd or 4th year student;
• Have affinity with the mission and vision of Justdiggit;
• Have affinity with digital communications;
• You work accurate and have a good eye for detail;
• Have a working level of English and Dutch;
• Are eager to learn and want to have a hands-on internship;
• It’s a plus if you are familiar with Canva and/or Adobe CC, but it is not required.
