Are you looking for a challenging position in a global organization to lead pan-European marketing campaigns? We are searching for a diligent, organized, and innovative Marketing Communication Specialist with hands‑on experience in brand and tech product marketing. Join our Product Marketing team at BenQ Europe’s head office in the Eindhoven, Netherlands.

Core Tasks

As a Marketing Communication Specialist, you’ll play a key role in defining and executing our marketing communication strategies across Europe. Collaborating closely with our Business Line Manager, MarCom colleagues, and Head Quarter, you’ll ensure consistent and effective messaging that positions our products strongly in the B2C market.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Handling BenQ LCD monitor product line including Mac monitor, gaming monitor and programmer monitor…etc.

• Understanding user behaviors and translating user insights into compelling messaging and campaign strategies.

• Developing and leading the execution of media and influencer reviews, content marketing, and digital campaigns across Europe.

• Coordinating and following up on marketing and communication directions, and guiding MarCom colleagues in regional office to roll out annual plans to achieve business goals and communication KPIs.

• Creating digital assets and social content in versatile formats to secure and increase engagement and online exposure.

• Coordinating the maintenance of BenQ’s European websites & phasing in new products in line with roadmaps.

• Delivering reports using Google Analytics, social media management tools, and other analytics or marketing outreach platforms.

• Arranging or supporting resellers and exhibitions/events.

• Coordinating the correspondence between Headquarters and BenQ Europe national offices.

If you have…

• A degree in Marketing or a relevant field.

• 3+ years of hands‑on product marketing experience.

• Experience in the technology/display field is advantageous.

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as GA4, Google Ads, HubSpot, SEO and social media management.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

• Proficiency in other European languages (French, German and Dutch) is a plus.
