Job summary

Intersolve, based in the Netherlands, seeks a Marketing & Communications Intern to support content creation, writing and design under the Brand & Content Marketer. You will help shape the brand story, plan content, and publish across channels while taking initiative with new formats and tone of voice.

You will collaborate with Sales and HR on internal communications, website content, campaigns and events, bringing complex information to life and ensuring clear, engaging messaging.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or media.
• Strong writing and content sense.
• Creative, curious, and able to contribute ideas.
• Able to work independently and with others.
• Experience with Canva is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job description

Are you ready to use your creativity and writing skills within a professional organization? As a Marketing & Communication Intern, you will work closely with our Brand & Content Marketer, who has overall responsibility. You will support various communication activities, such as writing LinkedIn posts, news articles, and other content, as well as creating designs. You will also contribute to the content and structure of our communications: what do we want to communicate and how can we communicate it effectively?

You will have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and take initiative. Do you see an opportunity for a new format, an improvement to the content strategy, or a sharper tone of voice? Take the lead and help further shape the Intersolve brand story. This way, you will bring structure to how we plan and publish content and see how creative ideas work in practice.

In addition, you will collaborate with colleagues from other departments, such as Sales and HR, on various projects. Think of internal communications, website content, campaigns, and event preparation. You will help make complex information easy to understand and contribute ideas on how to communicate it clearly and attractively.

Examples of projects you will be involved in

During your internship, you will work on a variety of diverse and engaging projects, such as:

• Further developing and improving News & Insights, our website blog
• Writing case studies about our solutions for the website
• Contributing ideas for website improvements and new pages
• Setting up and optimizing mailings for customers and partners
• Interviewing colleagues for content
• Assisting with the preparation and organization of events
• Conducting market and trend research and translating findings into concrete ideas
