Job summary

Ayvens is hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist to shape Salesforce Marketing Cloud usage across 42 countries. You will design, implement, and optimize scalable marketing automation solutions, interfacing with data, integrations, and product teams.

You will translate business needs into technical capabilities, collaborate with international stakeholders, and contribute to a flexible, scalable marketing tech landscape that supports global growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing Technology, Data Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong technical proficiency in SSJS, AMPscript, SQL, and Marketing Cloud data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Marketing Cloud solutions using SSJS, AMPscript, and SQL.
• Build and support REST and SOAP API integrations, automated data exchanges, and authentication solutions.
• Create and optimize automations, data flows, Data Extensions, and data models.
• Troubleshoot complex technical, data, and integration issues across countries and units.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and reusable capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, engineers, architects, and local teams to deliver Marketing Cloud products.
• Identify common needs and develop centralized solutions to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

What are you going to do?

As our new Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping how Salesforce Marketing Cloud operates across 42 countries and entities. Working at the intersection of Marketing Cloud, technology, and business, you will design, build, and optimize scalable marketing automation solutions while supporting local teams with complex data, integration, and automation challenges. You will contribute to global products and capabilities that can be leveraged across multiple markets, helping Ayvens standardize and scale its marketing technology landscape.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining Marketing Cloud solutions using SSJS, AMPscript, and SQL.
• Building and supporting REST and SOAP API integrations, automated data exchanges, and authentication solutions.
• Creating and optimizing automations, data flows, Data Extensions, and data models.
• Troubleshooting complex technical, data, and integration issues across countries and business units.
• Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and reusable capabilities.
• Collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, engineers, architects, and local teams to deliver new Marketing Cloud products and enhancements.
• Identifying common business needs and developing centralized solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability across the organization.

Who are we looking for?

• The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with the communication and stakeholder management skills needed to collaborate across international teams.
• You enjoy solving complex challenges, understanding how systems integrate, and turning local business requirements into scalable global solutions.
• You will have relevant experience in a similar role, preferably holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
• Approximately 3-5 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with SSJS, AMPscript, SQL, and Marketing Cloud data architecture.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, authentication methods, and system integrations.
• Experience designing and managing Data Extensions, data models, automations, and data flows.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and data-related issues.
• Experience working in cross-functional, international, and Agile environments.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, Git, CI/CD, AWS, Azure, CRM, or CDP architectures is considered a plus.
• Fluent in English is required.
