Job summary

SenseGlove, a specialist in tactile haptic gloves for XR and robotics, is seeking a Marketing & Sales Intern to support our commercial team during a fulltime internship in Rotterdam. You will help with content creation, social media monitoring, and outbound outreach while gaining hands-on experience across marketing and sales functions.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at a university in a relevant field.
• Completed or studying a degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the commercial team with day-to-day activities.
• Assist with social media marketing: brainstorm, create, publish, and monitor content.
• Identify target companies and industries for sales lead generation.

At SenseGlove, we build advanced haptic gloves that bring tactile feedback to robotics and XR training environments. Our technology is used globally for VR training, research, as well as robotic tele-operations and imitation learning. About the Role

As a Marketing & Sales Intern, you’ll support both our sales and marketing activities while gaining hands‑on experience across a wide range of commercial functions.

• Support the commercial team with day‑to‑day activities
• Assist with social media marketing by:
• Brainstorming and contributing ideas for new content
• Creating and publishing content
• Monitoring notifications, messages, mentions, and tags across our social media channels
• Keep up to date with the market and industry trends
• Assist with sales lead generation by:
• Identifying relevant target companies and industries
• Researching key decision‑makers
• Conducting outbound outreach through appropriate channels
• Take ownership of assigned projects and contribute ideas to improve commercial processes and marketing initiatives

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and eager to grow. Technical skills can be learned; we place the greatest value on mindset and the ability to work independently.

• Enrolled at University
• Completed or studying a degree in a relevant field (or equivalent knowledge and experience)
• Strong willingness to learn and continuously develop new skills
• Ability to think independently, take initiative, and become increasingly self‑sufficient over time
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage your own workload effectively
• Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment

Nice to have (Not Required)

The following skills and experience are advantages, they are not requirements.

• Previous experience in a relevant role
• Video editing skills, with the ability to create professional B2B content while incorporating tasteful, creative ideas
• Basic graphic design skills. We primarily use Canva, but experience with other design tools is also welcome.
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Dedicated guidance, regular feedback, and a strong focus on your personal and professional development
• Plenty of autonomy and responsibility, with the opportunity to contribute your own ideas

• A compensation of €500 a month based upon a fulltime internship
