Job summary

SBM Offshore N.V. is seeking an Operability Production Hub Lead to optimize future asset production systems for reliability and safety. You will shape operability and maintainability requirements across projects and partner with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams.

With 10+ years in Oil & Gas or marine, you will lead cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive improvements to reduce downtime and extend asset life. A Bachelor's or Master's in engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical/Marine engineering.
• 10+ years in operability and asset integrity in Oil & Gas or Marine.
• Knowledge of marine systems and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams.
