Job summary

SBM Offshore in Rotterdam is seeking a Marine Hub Lead (S) to drive operability, maintainability and asset integrity across future production systems. You will lead cross-functional teams to optimize reliability, safety, and lifecycle performance of offshore assets.

In this role you will collaborate with operations, engineering and maintenance, set design standards for maintainability, and mentor diverse teams to deliver continuous improvement and maximum uptime in a challenging maritime

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Marine or related engineering.
• 10+ years of operability, maintainability, and asset integrity experience in Oil & Gas or Marine.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of marine systems, asset integrity and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of operability and maintainability requirements for future projects focusing on production systems.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure production systems are designed for easy maintenance and maximum uptime.
• Ensure all production-related design adheres to industry regulations and internal standards.
• Engage with stakeholders across departments to align production goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, reduce downtime and extend asset life.

Marine Hub Lead (S)

Purpose

• As Operability Production Hub Lead, your role as the Operability Hub Lead is to ensure that production systems are optimized for efficient operations and long-term sustainability for future assets. You play a key part in safeguarding the reliability and safety of future assets, ensuring they are fit for purpose throughout their lifecycle.

• In-depth knowledge of marine systems, asset integrity principles, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional team environments.
