Job summary

The Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company is seeking a Manufacturing IT Manager to lead IT, System Engineering, and Test Engineering services that support manufacturing operations. You will build a high-performing team and ensure clarity of expectations, accountability, and consistent execution across functions.

You will engage with customers and internal stakeholders, drive project delivery, establish KPI-based performance management, and provide transparent dashboards for governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows platforms and enterprise tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams with clarity, structure, and collaboration.
• Strong communication skills to deliver clear updates and build stakeholder trust.
• Hands-on technical experience supporting stable, secure IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Experience & Service Delivery ensuring reliable IT services aligned with customer expectations.
• Manage People Leadership & Team Effectiveness with clear roles and accountability.
• Oversee Performance Management & Operational Control with KPIs and data-driven improvements.
• Maintain Reporting, Governance & Visibility with dashboards and structured updates.
• Direct Project & Portfolio Delivery, coordinating requirements, testing, and dependencies.
