Job summary

Biscuit International is seeking a Manufacturing Hub Director for the Netherlands and Belgium. You will lead multiple sites, work with plant managers and cross-functional teams, and shape the future of our European operations.

This senior role blends strategic leadership with operational excellence to drive growth, safety, quality, cost, and people performance across the hub. Fluency in Dutch and English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing/FMCG/food production.
• Experience as plant manager, operations director, or similar senior role.
• Ability to build capabilities and engage teams.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Strong drive to deliver results and challenge the status quo.

Manufacturing Hub Director | Netherlands & Belgium

At Biscuit International, we produce millions of biscuits, waffles, cakes, and bakery products every day for customers across Europe. As Manufacturing Hub Director South, you are responsible for multiple manufacturing sites across the Netherlands and Belgium and play a key role in shaping the future of our operations. You work closely with plant managers, the manufacturing leadership team, and cross-functional partners. In this position, you combine strategic leadership with operational excellence to drive breakthrough growth and performance across the hub.

What will you do?

• You lead multiple plant managers and support the development of local leadership teams.
• You deliver results on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people performance.
• You drive continuous improvement initiatives across all sites.
• You translate the European manufacturing strategy into local execution, transformation programs, and investments.
• You take ownership on the business performance of your hub with a strong focus on service to customer, manufacturing cost and innovation.

What do you bring?

• You hold a master's degree or have an equivalent level of education and experience.
• You have at least 10 years of leadership experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food production, or a similar environment.
• You have experience as a plant manager, operations director, manufacturing director, or in a comparable senior leadership role.
• You master capability building and team engagement.
• You are obsessed with delivering excellent results and challenging the status quo.
• You are professionally fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong advantage.
