Job summary

TEC Partners – Technical Recruitment Specialists in Enschede is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for our Lean & Manufacturing Engineering Team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on refining production processes and driving improvements on the shop floor.

You will lead product industrialisation, coordinate improvement projects, and design poka-yoke systems using SolidWorks or Inventor. A strong background in Lean and CAD tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or automation.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, PFMEA, DfX, and CAD tools.
• Experience managing projects and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrialisation of new products and optimise existing processes
• Coordinate improvement projects, timelines, and budgets
• Conduct DfX analyses and create value stream maps
• Design tools and poka-yoke systems using SolidWorks or Inventor
• Deliver training plans and process documentation for operators
• Ensure process design is validated and released in collaboration with QA
