About the Role

The opportunity Veldkamp is now looking to appoint a Managing Director who will lead the company through its next phase of development. This leader will play a critical role in transforming Veldkamp into a performance-driven, service-oriented and scalable organization with a strong commercial position in the packaging industry.

Your mission

• Lead Veldkamp in its transformation into a leading performance partner and integrator in the packaging industry, driving sustainable growth through recurring service models, repeatable technical solutions, strong customer partnerships, operational excellence and organizational development.

Strategic Priorities

• Servitization: expanding recurring service, maintenance and performance contracts.
• Productification: developing repeatable retrofit solutions for specific machine platforms and production lines.
• Integration: positioning Veldkamp as an Integrator for Better Performance by combining in-house expertise, XANO Group capabilities and external partner solutions.

• Experience within international organizations or group structures.
• Experience in packaging or adjacent industries is preferable.
• Familiarity with retrofit, lifecycle and service-based solutions.
