Managing Director – Damen Marine Components

Damen Marine Components (DMC) is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Managing Director to lead its international organization based in the Netherlands (Hardinxveld‑Giessendam), Germany, Poland, China and other key markets.

As the driving force behind DMC's operations, commercial growth and strategic development, you will combine strong leadership with business acumen, technical credibility and a highly approachable leadership style.

The Opportunity: As Managing Director, you hold full responsibility for the company's performance, including profitability, growth, operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You will lead the next phase of DMC's development by strengthening execution, accelerating innovation and ensuring sustainable growth while maintaining DMC's entrepreneurial culture. Working closely with both local management teams and the Damen Maritime Ventures Division, you will successfully balance commercial ambition with corporate governance.
